Yalile Alpizaris the President, Broker/Owner of the Company. She started her real estate career over in 1990, after working 12 years in international organizations. She is an expert in many fields, including public relations, management, marketing and high end real estate. She is the pioneer luxury real estate expert of Costa Rica, exclusively dedicated to the upper-tier market.
Costa Rica has been able to successfully leap into new, high-tech markets thanks, in large part, to her efforts. “In 1997 my company closed a multi-million-dollar deal, selling a 123-acre farm near the International Airport to INTEL Corporation to install their Latin American Regional operations,” Alpizar said. “This single transaction changed the future of the whole country. It grabbed the eyes of foreign investors and helped them see Costa Rica with a different vision.”
Suddenly Costa Rica’s typically agricultural economy began to change into an economy oriented to cutting-edge technology and tourism. As the country began to flex its new economic muscles Alpizar saw an opportunity to improve the country’s luxury real estate industry and she has worked toward that goal from then to now. Andrea Guillén is Yalile´s older daughter. She is an Associate and Partner at Costa Rica Luxury Estates. After graduating from High School, Andrea expanded her English language knowledge in Boston, at Harvard University Extension School. Then in early 2006 she graduated from the University of Costa Rica in Environmental Health. Her area of expertise has to do with population studies, housing needs, urban infrastructure, infrastructure of health services, worker´ s health studies, working permits and environmental impact evaluation studies. She has been working in the company since 2003 as an expert in property management, quality controls and making sure the company is meeting client’s demands on a timely basis. Careful follow-up procedures, high level of responsiveness, personal commitment to her clients and delivery of the best quality of service are her commands of excellence.
Paola is Yalile´s second daughter and as an advanced student of Industrial Engineering at the University of Costa Rica, she is in charge of financial and administrative matters, both for the company and for the houses that the company manages.
Erick is Paola´s husband and as an expert in CISCO and Web Design, he is the developer and manager of all the websites of the company. He is also an advanced student of System Engineering at the ULACIT.
As a team, they represent some of the most luxurious homes of Costa Rica, a country that is becoming one of the most important emerging markets for second homes and retirement homes in the Latin American region.
