CONSTRUCTION ADVANCES AT MAY 2008
Phase #1
Building # 1 is on track to be delivered at the end of this month. Interior work is advancing well. Doors have been installed up to the 6th floor, interior painting is already up to the 7th floor and kitchen furniture is up to the 6th floor. Bathroom hardware and accessories are being installed as well as stairway railings. In the following days stairway louvers will be installed as well. In the gated entrance, administration office and fitness center we are working on the bathroom stoneware and wood flooring in the yoga center. The roof is being placed in the covered parking area of phase 1 and brick floor on the street is concluded. Equipment in the pool, fountain and water treatment plant is installed and the irrigation system and landscaping is well under way. The entire project has been connected to the public power supply and telephone lines are installed up to the main cabinet.

Model Unit
Model unit in Building 1 is ready. This unit showcases all the high quality finishes and functionality of our residences and is completely furnished with one of three luxury design packages that we are offering.

Phase #2
Building #2 is expected to be delivered early February 2009. We are now working on the 7th floor slab and cement wall covering is up to the 5th floor.

Commercial Plaza
The commercial plaza exterior work is 95% concluded. Parking area infrastructure is ready and finishing’s of all the bathrooms are almost concluded. The roof tile installation will be ready in the next few days.
