The Lora Hills condominium Project is an excellent architectural solution
to the high demand for accommodation that exists on the pacific coast,
in the beautiful province of Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Guanacaste is
located to the northeast of the country. It has a warm climate with

General Information
Corporación Atmos S.A, is the owner of Lora Hills, an area of
almost thirty hectares of land. The project that this company will develop
aims to maintain the balance between man and nature by incorporating
great architectural design whilst also conserving the primary and secondary
rainforest. The first stage of the project will be the construction of
twenty six, two floor houses in a condominium, with views of the Pacific
Ocean within an area of seven hectares, with its own infrastructure and
Club House. Lora Hills will use a Colonial architectural style which
is typical to the Central American region. The estimated time of construction
for each house is between four and six months, with the whole project
being completed thirty six months. The project will include a Managers
House, Guards House, an entrance and exit, a Guard’s Hut with security
gate, perimeter wall, and paved roads and on street parking on the main
internal road of the condominium.
Why Lora Hills?
Playa Ostional is considered to be one of the most important
nesting areas in the World for the Olive Ridley Sea Turtle and other
species including the leatherback and the green turtle that arrive annually.
Because of this, the area is known as a sanctuary for turtles in Costa
Rica. This area also has a great variety of exotic birds such as: Marabous,
Storks, and Pelicans. As the beach is directly linked to the open sea,
its high waves prove to be a great attraction for international surfers
too. For this reason we decided to construct eco- tourist housing in condominiums
with Pacific Ocean views to be able to meet the high demand that there
is on the Pacific Coast and specifically in this area that is often frequented
by both national and international visitors throughout the whole year.

LOTS FOR SALE
The lots that are available for purchase have authorization from the
Santa Cruz Municipality and are located on the main public road within
the property. These lots are not part of the Lora Hills Project. They
are approximately 150 meters above sea level, guaranteeing an excellent
view of the Pacific Ocean. Lots sizes start at 4000mts2 and go up to
8000 mts2 the price per mt2 start at $50 USD and go up to $90 USD.
The land is not completely flat, but its great high location means
any houses built here are on the cusp of the Ostional Pacific Coast.
The project is looking to conserve part of the green area and develop
another part of the property with the construction company Ecruz Arq.
S.A. with the Architect Edgar Cruz López and a group of professionals
that have extensive environmental conservation construction experience,
for this reason there is no specific building design, for as long as
this company is responsible for the construction and their designs continue
to reflect what we are looking to provide for the residents of Lora Hills.
