Golf Club: 18 Holes: Pre-construction planning and permitting has already started on a “Residence Only” 18 hole links style golf course. Completion of the course is scheduled for mid 2009. Designed by Billy Casper Golf, the link style course will play through the rolling hills and rainforest down to the pristine beach on the Pacific Ocean. The Clubhouse will feature a fitness center member’s grill.
