Yalile Alpizar is
the President and Owner of Costa Rica Luxury Estates
and Grupo de Asesoria Profesional - GAP. After working
twelve years for international organizations, she started
her real estate career 17 years ago, by putting into
practice advanced techniques in the areas or public
relations, management, marketing and several more real
estate related subjects. Besides many professional
real estate courses and seminars, both local and international,
she holds a Real Estate Certificate from the State
University, where she graduated with honors. She is the pioneer luxury real estate expert
of Costa Rica, exclusively dedicated to the upper-tier market.
It was back in 1997 when the company she leads closed on a
multi million deal by selling a 123 acres farm near the International
Airport, to INTEL Corporation to install their Latin American
Regional operations. This sole transaction changed the future
of the whole country, by turning the eyes of foreign investors
towards Costa Rica with a different vision, changing its typically
agricultural economy to an economy oriented to high technology
and tourism.
She then found that the luxury real estate segment of the
real estate industry of the country was not professionally
attended, and since then, has dedicated all of her efforts
towards that area.
She represents Who is Who in Luxury Real Estate,
www.luxuryrealestate.com, as the Regional Director for Central
America and is their exclusive representative for Costa Rica.
In 2005 she was appointted as member of The Regents, www.regents.com,
the world´s élite network of luxury real estate
experts, and is their exclusive representative in Costa Rica
also. She also leads an exclusive Referral Network of luxury
real estate specialists in Costa Rica, representing some of
the best luxury properties
in the country.

Andrea Guillén studied
the English language in Boston at Harvard University Extension
School. In early 2006 she graduated from the University of
Costa Rica in Environmental Health. Her area of expertise has
to do with population studies, housing needs, urban infrastructure,
infrastructure of health services, worker´ s health studies,
working permits and environmental impact evaluation studies.
She joined CostaRicaLuxuryEstates.Com last year and since then
has been on top of details in personally taking care of the
specific needs and requirements of our clients. She is the
expert in quality controls and also works diligently in making
sure our data base is up to date and showing the type of information
that our clients demand. Careful follow-up procedures, high

Roberto Alpizar is the expert
in Projects and New
Developments of Costa Rica Luxury Estates. He has early
studies in Protection and Management of Natural Resources and
a degree in Biology emphasized in Ecology and Sustainable Development.
He has solid bases in management and environmental legislation,
environmental impact evaluation studies and nature conservancy.
His experience in dealing with foreign clients and discovering
creative solutions to their needs, make him a valuable resource.
