the local government or by a private firm and must be approved by ICT
and INVU (government institution for housing development). This beachfront property is under the Playa Carmen Regulatory Plan,

According to said Regulatory Plan and to the concession contract, the
uses of land authorized in the property are:

The construction of shops, camping sites and night clubs must be approved
by the Municipality.
